Our weekly "virtual" group sittings are currently on Saturday mornings from 9:00- 10:15 am and include a short Sutra service and an opportunity to deal with any questions about practice that participants may have, and on Tuesday evenings with zazen from 6:30- 7:30 pm followed by a short Dharma discussion.

To log in to any of our meetings please request a link or dial in number by contacting us via our Contact page. Generally speaking, a computer connection will provide the best sound quality, but a cell phone connection has been satisfactory for many participants.

Any practitioner can participate in all or part(s) of these practice periods but please try to be quiet during zazen. Please turn your phone or computer onto "mute", and don't introduce yourself if practice has already started. The schedule for retreats can be found in the footer below. If you need a copy of our current set of "virtual" Sutras please email us using the Contact page on our website.

On New Year's Eve we will welcome 2026 with an online program of meditation and services for the welfare of all beings. The evening will be open to Dharma practitioners everywhere. What better way to begin the new year? For the evening's schedule, please see the footer below. For more information, including a Zoom link, please use our Contact Page.

Our February 2026 mini sesshin will be held on 02/20/2026- 02/22/2026. The daily schedule for it is in the footer below. If you would like to participate in all or part(s) of this very special opportunity or have questions about it, including a Zoom link, please use the Contact Page in this website.
